Just had some water damage to my house and had to get a new bathroom installed. I also needed a handicap accessible bathpan that no one else locally could do it other than Bath by Ben.  Ben provides a quality product called Onyx and this pan is not like any other pan Ive ever owned.  Not only is this product quality but the employees including the owner Ben is as well. Our neighbor recommended Ben to us when I mentioned we wanted to renovate our guest bathroom. To be sure we got the best service and price, we compared Ben against two other highly reviewed contractors. We went with Ben because of his responsiveness, flexibility, personality, and cost competitiveness. We needed a banjo top vanity replaced, flooring redone, a conversion of a bath to a standing shower, painting, and new mirror and fixtures. This was a lot of work to get done but Ben promised to have it completed within a week. He met our expectations and gave us great guidance along the way since we had never renovated a bathroom before. Baths by Ben and his team recently remodeled our basement bathroom.  They exceeded all of our expectations on quality of work, communication, attention to detail, price, and so much more.  Ben had great design ideas and delivered on every aspect he promised.  Having a contractor with his work ethic and integrity is hard to find. Working with Ben to remodel our bath from a bathtub to a walk-in ADA shower was a real pleasure. Ben listened to what I needed to do, gave me an estimate that worked with my budget (and stuck to it), performed quality work, with minimum disruption to the household, kept the mess of a remodel to a minimum, cleaned everything up when he was done! This may sound like everything one would expect, but our situation was a bit different in that we had a 6 month delay in our availability to complete the work due to a family health emergency and Ben unhesitatingly worked with us, kept in touch, kept our uninstalled product safe until he could come back in, and showed empathy and compassion for our situation throughout. The end result is exactly what we wanted, is beautiful and functional and is perfect for us and my 90 yr old, stroke victim, mother!

We’ve been wanting to redo our construction grade bathrooms for years and years. We considered tiling, but as we researched tile walls and floors we became increasing worried about leaks, so we continued putting off bathroom remodeling. This February we headed down to the Denver Home Show and didn’t think we’d find anything, but it was something to do. Up and down the aisles we went. As we were approaching a company that had multiple displays of baths and showers we paused to look because they weren’t pushy and in our face, simply let us look. We started asking questions and were introduced to Ben of Baths by Ben. We were over the moon impressed with the quality of the displays, the pride we could hear in Ben’s voice as he shared info with us, and beauty of the Onyx product (solid surface look of tile). We left our contact info and understood we’d hear back when the show was over. Sure enough Ben called us and scheduled to meet us at our home. (Please know, we are very particular about the quality of work we want done in our home because it’s an investment and we want to love whatever is done for a long time). Ben spoke to the quality work he and his employees believe in as well as the quality of products/companies he works with. This was refreshing to hear and reaffirmed our confidence we felt at the show. He took measurements, shared samples, and encouraged us to look online at pictures of Onyx out there. In a short amount we had the details worked out and Ben secured our order - adjustable, thick shower doors (door handles only no towel bar - special order), Onyx shower pan (300 lb - we have a huge shower), Onyx walls, Onyx inserts, and Onyx foot stool. When Ben left our home we had not only designed new bathrooms but developed a relationship with someone we could trust.
Ben kept us up to date on the progress of our order, he worked around a trip we had scheduled and before we knew it our bathrooms were done. We are sooo happy with the end result, quality of workmanship, care for our home taken, and again seeing the pride in the work done. I encourage anyone to work with Baths by Ben! Ben and his team replaced my shower and it was a terrific experience from start to finish! They were able to recover some wasted space inside the wall to make a tiny shower much bigger, the quality of material is excellent, the finished product is gorgeous and easy to maintain, and the price was the most reasonable of all the 5 companies who gave us quotes. the job was finished on time on time and on budget. My wife and I attended the Home show last year and checked out some of the bath remodeling displays.  That's where we met Ben Thorne from Baths by Ben.  He immediately made a very memorable, and very positive impression on me and my wife.  Which I have to admit (after dealing with a multitude of salespeople) is not easy.  Ben explained (in depth) the types of materials he uses, the process of the installation, the time needed for the installation, the approximate costs, and the guarantee for the work.

There was just something different (more genuine, more direct, more knowledgeable, more connected, and more honest) about our interaction with Ben than any of the other vendors at the home show. My wife and I took the information from Ben regarding his company and left.  When we finally decided to start getting some estimates, we actually visited a number of vendors and were not impressed with any of them, so we contacted Ben.

Ben arrived on time, visited with us for a few moments, and immediately got down to business regarding what we were seeking regarding replacing our shower. When we showed Ben the shower, he did something another vendor didn't do. He actually took measurements, and again explained (in detail) what his plan was for the job. He also left samples of the materials for us to consider, which another vendor did not do.  Ben said to take our time with making a decision and let him know what we've decided. A previous vendor told us we had to make a decision by the end of the day to get a discount.

Ben was very timely in his work, completing the job in two days, and explained every step of the process as I stood over his shoulder and watched (which he didn't mind).  He even painted a section above the shower for us because he knew that would be a difficult section to paint later. The price was great, the workmanship was excellent, and my interactions with Ben were phenomenal.

I can honestly say the work done by Ben was way beyond the usual – let’s just get this job done, get the money, and get out of here.  It truly felt like a commitment to ensure my wife and I were pleased with the process, and the finished product.

My wife and I have been in our home for 24 years, and we love and are extremely pleased with our Baths by Ben shower replacement.

At the start of each project, Ben came to our home to view the space and understand our design ideas as well as share ideas from his vast experience.  Once the work began, the team worked meticulously to bring the vision of the projects to light. There is no doubt that Ben’s talent and experience led to ideal remodels.
